30 Jan Crest Financial Announces Move to a New Building

Crest Financial is moving its headquarters to a new location and brand new building in Salt Lake City.

Construction on the building, conveniently located in the heart of “furniture row” near IKEA and RC Willey, began in July 2014 and will be completed in January 2015. The location is ideally located less than half an hour from two of the fastest-growing cities in the country, according to Forbes. This will allow Crest Financial to recruit the best employees from around the state.

“Recruiting the best employees enables us to provide the best No Credit Needed financing and the best customer experience in the industry,” said Clint Cowley, Chief Operating Officer at Crest Financial.

The additional space will help Crest Financial continue its trend of positive growth. The new building will provide more space for current and future employees. The company plans to hire more than 200 additional people upon moving.

The company is designing the new building to be both functional and fun.

“We are trying to make the new building a fun place where employees feel comfortable and want to come to work,” said Josh Olofson, Operations Manager at Crest Financial. “There will be a large cafeteria complete with TVs, booth seating and a gaming center.”

The company didn’t just design a generic building for everyone to like. The building is custom created to fit the company’s needs and growth. It was primarily designed with employees in mind. The focus was to provide state of the art technology mixed with new employee comforts.

There will also be an on-site training center dedicated to training new hires and uptraining current employees.

“We value our new employees and want to make sure we give them the best training possible so they understand what they are doing and why it is crucial to the company,” said Kari Shepherd, Corporate Training Manager at Crest Financial.

The training room will also double as a theater room for movie nights. Moving forward, the company plans to continue their focus on a creating a fun and unique corporate culture.
